Key responsibilities: To be the single point of contact for a nominated group of customers, pro-actively developing relationships, and professionally and courteously handling all matters relating to daily Cash Management activities including: Collection and Forecasting. -Administration real time information management system. -Preparation of invoices (+ dealing with queries). -Obtaining application and allocation instructions of monies received. -Administration and maintaining international taxes. Dispute resolving with internal and external customers, manage customers complaints and initiate corrective actions.
