Manage and organize all activities in an efficient and productive way, according to ISO 9001:2000. Maintain / control the quality program within team according to the ISO standards. Organise cycle-counts. Optimize order / workload fulfilment by planning and organising staff (6-20 employees). Reporting of day-to-day activities. Control operational aspects of warehouse. Investigate customer warehouse complaints. Initiate and audit corrective actions. Train Warehouse Clerks on day-to-day tasks. Carry out (daily) PCM?s and regular team meetings (including minutes) to ensure a good communication flow (top-down and bottum-up).
