Bij onze vestigingen draait alles om gastvrijheid. Voor onze vestiging in Venray, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker die het leuk vindt om in de horeca te werken, die gastheerschap hoog in het vaandel heeft staan en er samen met je collega’s ervoor wil zorgen dat onze gasten het naar hun zin hebben en zorg willen dragen voor een gezellige en uitnodigende sfeer. Als gastheer/ gastvrouw heet je de gasten welkom en voorzie je ze van een hapje en een drankje.

Het registreren, behandelen, (coördineren van het) beantwoorden en administratief afhandelen van alle binnengekomen klantreacties. Het afhandelen van reacties van klanten Het onderhouden en bewaken van de noodzakelijke contacten met o.a. klanten, thuisblijvers, reisbureaus, reisleiding, leveranciers etc. bij calamiteiten. Het contactpersoon zijn voor verzekeringsmaatschappijen m.b.t. het afhandelen van letselschade.

Responsibilities Property & Legal Manager * The Property and legal manager is responsible for all areas of the Benelux property portfolio: building, refitting & maintaining, facilities, equipment, leases, insurance, legal claims & disputes * The aim is to have/manage an infrastructure, look and feel & corporate identity within the budget and within the legal specifications * This person reports to the Property & Facilities Director Benelux. Main Activities * Management of a team of 15 people: 1 architect, 2 facility managers, 2 facility assistent, 9 technicians and an administrative assistant * End – responsible for the complete building / facility follow-up * Management of the Capex and Maintenance & Repair budgets * Supplier management – dealing with local subsidiaries of major international suppliers of equipment; and dealing with local contractors * Dealing with legal / lease and insurance issues Requirements Property & Legal Manager * Bachelor or master degree : engineer, architect or equal by experience * Experience of 5-10 years ideally in both building /facilities and in legal / lease/ insurance areas * Experience in a multi-site business is an advantage * Perfect trilingual Dutch / French / English, spoken and written * Good peoplemanager * Efficiënt and effective, good organiser, project manager experience * Good negotiator * Customer Service mentality * To be able to be very clear in communication, excellent communicator * Dynamic and enthousiastic personality Values * Respect & Integrity * Everyone counts * Community * Innovation * Performance counts * Energy & Passion The offer * Full-time job * Attractive salary and extra-legal advantages * A dynamic, sportive and international environment with a lot of opportunities
